friendly receptionisthelpful staffcomplimentary upgrade
The receptionist was friendly at check-in. Restaurant staff were helpful. They confirmed that the chicken and beef are halal. I also received a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor.

some issues
torn shade sailsdifficult tap
The shade sails around the pool had rips in them. one next to me was missing a wheel. staff replaced it, but it didn't provide shade. i moved to others, but they were torn or broken. it seems like maintaining the shades is overlooked. also, the tap in the kitchenette was hard to turn on and off. I had to wiggle it.

excellent central stay
perfect locationfresh fruit
i found the hotel location perfect for exploring the area. the staff made special arrangements that i very much appreciated. the bar staff were great. the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh fruit and gluten-free options.
i think triple glazing would improve the soundproofing.

My room included a comfy bed with a nice ocean view. it was a very nice room. I found it quite clean. the interior design included fun, vibrant, quirky elements.

the hotel features a lovely, modern vibe. i found the pool area sheltered from the wind. there is a spa available. wifi in the lobby worked well and i found plenty of space.

The hotel offers excellent access to surrounding areas. the location is one block from the beach. it is also very central to all amenities. This offers superb convenience.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. i also appreciated the availability of fresh pastries. the stingray bar is a beaut place. it's great for a quiet drink and a chill. We loved it.

The staff were always helpful. rory at the front desk could not have been more helpful. customer service was perfect. lachie at the front desk was particularly helpful. I noticed his stellar work.
